Morning Meeting: greeting, song: "Morning", exercise: Zumba
Book Activity: Each morning, the students read a task on the board and complete the activity. They can help each other figure out the written activity, and then they "grade" each" other's work. It gives them a chance to have a learning challenge right away in the morning, learn how to look for correct answers, and even practice counting. This morning, they had to find and circle the "et" chunks in their morning book. The students really like the added activity and purpose.
