We are focusing on apples this week with reading, math, and even cooking! We will be making homemade applesauce on Thursday, so please send an apple to school with your child by Thursday (Wednesday would be best). Green apples or a tart baking apple work best. We will be using a corer/peeler, and if the apple is soft, it will not turn on the corer, so please no Red Delicious apples or any that seem "soft".
Picture Day is on Friday. If your child is wearing really nice clothes for the pictures, you may send a change of clothes to change into after pictures. Please send the order form by Thursday so I have time to record the orders.
